Who We Are
At JUSTAID, we are dedicated to improving global health access by delivering essential relief supplies, water purification kits, and health monitoring tools to vulnerable communities. We work to break down international barriers to aid and empower local people to build resilient, self-reliant health networks.
JUSTAID began as an informal group of friends responding to urgent human need during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Seeing supply chains collapse and communities stripped of basic hygiene tools, we acted—sourcing and delivering essential items, from water purification kits to basic health resources.
The positive impact was immediate, encouraging us to expand our reach through local networks in places like Morocco and Thailand, while also assisting individuals across other countries who reached out in desperation.
Doing this work was tough. We faced significant hurdles:

Logistical & Legal Barriers: Navigating complex foreign customs rules, managing international shipping costs, and translating instructional materials so local beneficiaries could safely use disinfection kits and tools.

Personal Commitment: Investing immense time and care to reach destitute families who had nowhere else to turn.
When a devastating earthquake struck Morocco in September 2023, we felt compelled to respond immediately. Planning that relief effort highlighted the severe challenges of operating informally—balancing travel, sourcing first-aid tools and purification supplies, and coordinating trusted local contacts under extreme time pressure.
That experience made one thing clear: to expand our capacity, facilitate donations, and overcome regulatory red tape, we needed a formal, resilient structure. Registering as a CIO is our next step to invite others into this cause, turning a small network of dedicated friends into a lasting platform for global relief.
